“I was in need of a reliable technician to resolve some issues related to my smart home products. I am a retired individual who lives alone and having Tyler into my home to do the necessary work was a very good experience. He was well versed in the technology and was able to explain things to me. I am not the most up to date individual when it comes to the current technology but enjoy the service the smart technology provides. I was having some issues and Tyler resolved them with ease. He made our companies work needs a priority and was very timely with the whole process ; arriving on site , troubleshooting and ultimately was in fact able to retrieve pertinent data thought to be lost. They took several years worth of text message threads, both individual and group, and was able to transfer them onto searchable, PDF document software that includes both time and date stamps. Upon their completion, extra time was taken and assistance was provided to ensure I would be able to navigate my way through years worth of important exchanges and retrieve needed info in a time efficient, hassle-free manner before the Tech left my home.
